Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

One in three women will experience pelvic health problems in their lifetime.

From pregnancy related pelvic pain, to incontinence, many women do not realise how common these health problems are and feel embarrassed to ask for help.

Passionate about helping women with sensitive problems to regain control and confidence, Bethany is a highly skilled physiotherapist with over 15 years experience in sports injuries and women’s pelvic health.

Graduating from The University of Nottingham (UK) in 2008 with a first class degree with honours in Physiotherapy, Bethany has worked in the public and private sectors to support and rehabilitate women with sensitive problems. Engaging in regular continuous professional development and training courses, she is up to date and evidence based.

Bethany supports women to feel well and stay fit and strong, free from aches and pains throughout their pregnancy. Her teaching helps to prepare for the approach of the birth of their baby, as well as safe return to exercise postnatally.

During their childbearing years and beyond, women can experience problems with their pelvic floor and abdominal muscles including incontinence, sexual disfunction and pelvic organ prolapse. Pelvic health physiotherapy supports women to optimise their pelvic floor and core function, improving their symptoms as well as engaging in exercise safely. Keeping women doing what they love.
